• Breakers: Six events in two days - four being on the wedding day

• Breakers: Flipped one room three times within 24 hours

• Plaza: Four events in one day - each in a different room

• Budget: $2MM for each

BIRCH brought me on board at The Breakers to help with on-site management while they worked with their biggest wedding planner client, YSD Events. This wedding had to be perfect, and I helped make it so.

While at the Breakers, our timeline looked like this:
- Friday night: Welcome Party in The Mediterranean Ballroom.
- Saturday: Ceremony in The Mediterranean Ballroom - Cocktail Hour in The Circle Ballroom - Candle Walk in The Mediterranean Ballroom - Reception in The Venetian Ballroom
-Sunday: Brunch on The Ocean Lawn

Even though I was following the lead of the Executive Producer, my senior production knowledge, client management, and quick thinking were absolutely necessary. This was the biggest on-site production crew BIRCH ever had on-site and I could see why; managing multiple rooms at the same time would have been impossible for a team smaller than what we had.

For The Plaza, I assisted with set-up and Room Management of The Terrace Room for this multi-room Old New York wedding.
