Over 19k voters registered for the concert with only 72 hours notice
Only a seven day lead for Philadelphia concert. Walk-thru to walk-off.
Lady Gaga, Ricky Martin, Oprah all spoke / preformed.
Budget: $14MM
Never in my life have I experienced such an extreme challenge, thrill, test of my expertise, and all around ‘in awe’ of an event I directly produced. All of this within three weeks.
Wizard Studios brought me and five other event / tech / lightning producers onboard to be the glue between their production company and the Democratic campaign team.
The first campaign stop was in Fort Lauderdale, FL for a “Florida Votes Early” rally followed by three stops in three days in Pennsylvania for “Country Over Party”.
With only seven days of lead time in Philadelphia, our six person event team went from walk-thru to walk-off at the base of the Rocky stairs. The concert was live and simulcasted between four other PA cities. International talent was present at each location; Lady Gaga, Ricky Martin, and Oprah headlined Kamala’s last stop that night, Philadelphia.
