• S&S: Full take-over of Westin Kierland Resort

• S&S: Personally scouted and presented venues for off-site VIP dinner

Pre-Pro was my focus while with TEAM.
Execution was handled internally.

Citadel: Worked directly with the creative team and fabrication shop on the production of the trade show booth. Lead communication with the conference center on ordering and confirming all show needs. Managed promo giveaways. Kicked-off conversation with Brockhouse, the invite only, networking dinner location. Meticulous attention to detail figuring out all paperwork for travel to Vancouver.

S&S: Extensive venue research for the off-site sales dinner in Scottsdale, AZ. Showcased Christopher’s, the luxury restaurant attached to the Wrigley Mansion, Taliesin West, the summer “camp” of famous architect Frank Lloyd Wright, and the client’s favorite, G Collection, a warehouse of privately owned collectible vehicles. I traveled to Westin Kierland to meet with client for all walk-thrus, conversations, and floor planing.
