Pre-Pro was my focus while with TEAM.

Citadel: Worked directly with the creative team and fabrication shop on the productions of the trade show booth. Lead communication with the conference center on ordering and confirming all show needs. Managed promo giveaways. Kicked-off conversation with Brockhouse, the invite only, networking dinner location. Meticulous attention to detail figuring out all paperwork for travel to Vancouver.

S&S: Extensive venue research for the off-site sales dinner in Scottsdale, AZ. Showcased Christopher’s, the luxury restaurant attached to the Wrigley Mansion, Taliesin West, the summer “camp” of famous architect Frank Lloyd Wright, and the client’s favorite, G Collection, a warehouse of privately owned collectible vehicles. I traveled to Westin Kierland to meet with client for all walk-thrus, conversations, and floor planing. Stayed on-site and met with hotel staff to set TEAM up for success.
